I had my first ESA medical in January
I was then awarded WRAG ESA
Today I received the new questionnaire
ESA50 03/11 to complete this is only six month after the first medical Iam wondering if this is normal?

I'm afraid it is normal, though if you had a medical in January, it's now just five months on, which is quite harsh.

It seems the Government are going flat-out with re-testing, perhaps spurred on by the percentage of claimants who will fail, multiplied by the number of repetitive tests!

Hi,I am sorry for you but I am in the same boat. I won an appeal in February and have a medical date for 3rd JUly. I am very upset about this and feel that being ill has made my life difficult enough as I have hospital appointments and I'm waiting for test results and treatment. Sue
