I have just been transferred to ESA and i was told twice on the phone i was in the support group,but when the letter arrived it said i was in W.R.A.G.
All they would say is that they were sorry for giving the wrong information on the phone.They are useless.

If I don't answer the phone will this go against me during my reassessment? Starting to get anxious

No, on the contrary. Always answering the phone when it rings can be used against you!
