dla appeal

what i am annoyed about is that the doc does state that it is 18 months since she has seen me,in my reconsideration letter i sent to the dwp i pointed out that it was unfair they had taken this report as evidence as it is outdated, they have not addressed this issue.
does anybody know any commisioners decisions i can quote at my appeal regarding using evidence that is very sparse and when not seen the doc for over a year.
they also got a report from my GP who i have seen recently, this didnt provide much comments either for or against me.
thanks
Mod edit: - Can you please type posts in sentences using capital letters when required - Many of our members/mods use screen readers and it causes problems if a posting is all in lower or all in upper casse.

hello,i have had my low rate care and mobility dla turned down and have appealed.a decision was reached from a report from a psychiatrist i was seeing, this report states doesnt require prompting or assistance from someone when outdoors in familiar/unfamiliar surroundings.(so i wasnt surprized that i was turned down)

Hi,
Have you searched in the members area in the 'Case Law Pack' linked from this page:
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/dla/#dwp
Also, are you in a position to obtain a more contemporary report from another Psychiatrist which may help your case?.
Another avenue is asking your GP if he/she will do a further more in-depth report spelling out your care and mobility needs.
