DLA STOPPED DEVASTATED

last August it was the short form,i was award HRM and MRC indeifntely,this time it was a dlaform80.

hi jackie just an idea reading your posts it is pretty obvious you are very unwell if you and your hubby are up for this I would try and get your local paper involved to show how poorly you are and because of somebodys vindictive nature you are made to suffer IF it was me I would get the newspaper to take photos of all the equipment you have to use to survive and then I would ask the paper to ask dwp at caxton house london for there comments If you do it will make a very interesting story anyway good luck PS dont let them bully you any help just ask pete

Hi - I'm sorry to hear of your difficulties, If I were you, I'd make an appointment with CAB immediately, explain what the apt. is for, they do have specialists for Benefit problems, they will help you with an appeal, and hopefully by the time it all went to appeal your case would show it's true colours - and you'd win.

we both felt we couldnt go ahead because of the emotional aspect of the appeal,however we went to our G.P today,he agreed without hesitation to support my appeal in any way he can,he also informed me no one from DWP or Atos have made any application to him for information about my medical condition.I understood they should have requested info from my G.P.before making a decision?
So we are going ahead with an appeal,i have an appointment with a welfare rights adviser,but your comment about contacting ym local newspaper is very interesting and we are going to think about it.

Hi Jackie

It makes me so cross that someone has reported you like this. I get fed up of people judging without knowing the facts and it is so wrong that the person who reported is not identified I get abuse when i use my disable badge to the point that i dont go out as much as i cant cope with the aggression from ignorant people. Unless non disabled people can see that you have a disability they dont believe you have one and judge on these grounds. Gosh, i would give anything to live a normal pain free life and go back to work.
