Appeal form for esa wca test help

Can I send in a letter stating the reasons in detail why I want to appeal, after I have sent the appeal form to DWP. Because I am getting help with the letter adressing the reasons why I want to appeal from CAB but not for another week yet.

yes you can. You can add any evidence you want right up until the appeal hearing.

I sent in GL24 with very little detail and then when I received the medical report copy I sent in lots more evidence which is now at reconsideration.

the CAB should know the process.

You can if you wish, but it's really better to wait until you receive all the case papers for your Tribunal which will contain the Decision Makers reasons in detail in refusing your claim, and the evidence that they've used to reach their decision.

However, if you feel confident that you have sufficient detailed information to write now, then there's no harm done. You can always send further information at a later date.

Thankyou for your replies. I did write a letter but was told it was too long, and to be honest it was more of a rant and complaint than an appeal.

Just like many others, I have been finding the whole situation extremely stressful, and because of this I probably have not taken in the information provided on this site very well at all, and missed obvious things!

So am I write in thinking that they send me the atos medical report that failed me for the wca for esa. Or do I need to request this when I post my appeal form.
