Atos Medical

I went for my Second medical at ATOS in 12 months, my medical was 11.30am and I was told to get there at 11.15am at 11.40am the Mecical Centre Manager called me and said that I would need to see a Doctor due to me having had a Stroke and everyone in the waiting room now knows what my condition is !! which I find upsetting,data protection act!!!anyway I had to wait for an hour before I went in to see the Doctor, He went though the same old questions ,how did you get here today,ect ect, but half way through he suddenly yes "Oh You Had A Stroke" he did not have time to read ESA50 form, so I guess its hit and miss with ATOS what the decision that they come to,I have asked for a Copy of the report,so just waiting now, as Im still wait the out come of my appeal from last year. its a farce.

Thanks for letting us know about that. It would seem that it may be worthwhile for people to ask Atos HCPs whether they have seen their ESA50.
