Tribunal Next

Hi-i have been reciving esa for a year - i get the higher rate mobililty and middle rate care.
I recently had a esa medical where i only scored 6 points where as the year befor it was 50+. I have appealed and its not untill about Aug-Sept (lots of discrepancies-e.g I was observed putting my shirt and jacket on - the thing is i never took any clothes off or my jacket)
Needless to say i am very confused and upset about the whole experience.I am now even more worried and nervous about the tribunal. is it the same type of questions? as i have never been to one.

sorry to hear your news. This seems just typical these days by the number of people that are being refused despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

When you appeal your case will automatically be reconsidered first so I hope you have submitted lots of evidence along with an appeal summary written by yourself.

I have just had zero points on a home medical and was stunned when I finally got to see a copy as it has me doing activities that I cannot do ! So, you are not alone in this.

I have found this forum invaluable and I am awaiting the results on a reconsideration as I got my MP involved and he was only too happy to take on the case when he was made aware of the real situation and not the one dreamed up by the ATOS doctors report.
