I have sat over the weekend and gone through the medical report that scored me zero points.
I have addressed the relevant points where a factual inaccuracy has been recorded and stated the facts detailing the help and assistance I need and receive to undertake the activity that the ATOS report says I can do by myself.
This runs to 4 x A4 pages.
Would it be worthwhile asking my full time carer to supply some supplemental information confirming that all the activities identified are only carried out with their assistance and supervision?
I want to get this right and get it off to them in the post to see what comes back from it.

Hi,
Yes, any helpful evidence should be submitted. It might be worthwhile for the carer not to only say which activities are carried out with help and/or supervision etc but to detail how much, how often and what actual help they give in relation to the descriptors.
