How can you have another assessment before the appeal's been heard for the last one? Is this normal, or likely to become normal, anyone know?
It's not how the system was expected to work
Because appeals are now taking so long, a lot of people are exceeding the six month re-claim rule for ESA and are therefore entitled to make a new claim for ESA.
