Cancellation of Appeal

Just arrived home from Tribunal due for 2pm today.However it had been cancelled this morning.NO one rang to let me know and I struggled to get there and friend took time off work to take me. Have rung Tribunal Service who said Clerk should have called me,what a shambles,been waiting since last July for this Tribunal and Clerk nowhere to be seen in rented office block where Tribunals are held. What if I had not bothered turning up and not told them!!!! Fed Up.

Maybe a curt letter would be in order?!

Hi,my sons tribunal ESA was cancelled by Cardiff due to bad weather,but our Tribunal was unaware. 4 days later Job Centre sent my son a letter saying now your ESA has stopped etc.
Next tribunal cancelled as we were leaving.Cardiff had no idea why,they knew the judge has cancelled it but could not find their notes,and no one answered phone at our Tribunal.
Our complaint to Job Centre,in Jan 2011 and Tribunal have gone unanswered.Even with the MP being involved
Has the decission to suspend ESA decided before even attending Tribunal?
