Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

In order to qualify for the Support Group you will need to demonstrate that you meet one or more of the Support Group criteria. You should have a look at the ESA guides, to see whether this is now the case.
If you believe that that you do fulfil the criteria, then you should contact the DWP to Reconsider your claim based on this new evidence, however, you need to be aware that the Decision Maker is entitled to review all of your claim, and whilst it is unusual, it could result in your losing your existing allowance.
If you decide to go ahead, I would advise you to get face to face advice from an appropriate benefits advisor.

Hi All, I would like to see my medical report from ATOS which I passed to qulify for ESA (C)6 months ago. Q1. How long would it take to get my report.
Q2. Would it be prudent to see if I could get letters from both GP. and Consultant and summit these straight away for entrance into the Support Group. Thanks Kev

You can request your last medical report by contacting your local DWP office either by phone or letter, they usually take 4-5 days to arrive.
Given that you are not in the Support Group and that this decision was reached using the evidence previously submitted, you are going to need additional evidence to show that either your condition has detiorated since the Decision or that it was wrong and you should have been placed in Support Group in the first place.

Gordon, My ESA Medical took place 26 July 2010, (9 mths ago), that means I have missed the appeal time to enter the support group. As you say, my other option is to summit new evidence. Thanks Kev
