Hello
Quite confused with all of this so hope I make myself understood. Currently waiting to be reassessed like everyone else.
If the 12 month limit for contributory ESA doesn't come in until April 2012, what happens if, say, you are migrated this July? Would you receive it for a year until July 2012 & then as the 12 mnths are in effect up as it is passed April 2012, you would cease to receive it if you didn;t meet the criteria. OR would you have another medical once it is due & if accepted only then does the 12 month rule come into effect?
