hi gail. i am going to try and help you through your appeal. when you had your medical for industrial injuries benefit what medication where you taking and what dosage and what reports did you have from GP - hospital consultants or anybody else involved with your care. Currently has your medication changed or have your dosage been increased or both to control your pain. Who did the independant report for you? when my wife had her appeal it was held in Birmingham because we lived in Bromsgrove worcestershire we now live in a place called Foel which is 20miles out of Welshpool, Wales. where do you live? I await your reply, Peter

I intend to lock this thread because it is focused on Industrial Injuries Benefit, which as I alluded to in an earlier post is not something we can discuss and comment upon in accordance with the rules of the forum. Moreover, the thread has developed into asking for personal information, which is not allowed to be relayed in an open forum for obvious reasons.
