Does anybody on the forum know of a specialist solicitor or advisor in regards to DLA, in the Merseyside area. This would be for a possible appeal or fresh claim including providing independant medical evidence. The DSS used medical evidence from a previous claim when the current conditions which include a fractured vertabrae were not present.
