Hi everyone,I wondered if someone could give me some advice,my daughter won her appeal last year,for incapacity benefit, through ill health, she hasn't had to send med certificates in,how long will she not have to do this,and what happens on converion to esa, thank you very much

As long as she is officially found unfit for work she will be excused having to provide Fit Notes, this won't change with ESA.
