got housing and c tax benefit back after a lot of trouble.no benefit amount(ESA)no rent for 2 months.very quick to pull the rug very hard to get any help.got money from gambling mate to stop us all losing house because of big win on horses.so just luck the kids kept a roof.how many more family's not so lucky?very hard on our marriage.filling in DLA form very hard on me to see how bad things have got.dident ask for form but filled in eny way now feel so low cos they dont believe us and how much my wife has to do.all from a very poor Atos med.got ESA now but works out about £30 odd a week worse off.even with DLA.very rushed policy from gov and my kids have been without.had to que outside job center evry uther friday with 10 to 20 uther people for crisis lone for food and lecky.like 1920's.shocked!.owed all backpay out to c card companys ect that we used for food and rent.getting ESA now but have to payback all fund money so still very hard.DLA letter this morning so have month to appeal.any suggest for who to see now or get to write letter for us much app.doc put me on 60 mil diazapam just so i could get out of house to get this sorted.put all this on DLA form.end of tether .

Firstly, you can make sure you've got, or have asked for, a form GL24.
