Also, whilst the change was announced in the Comprehensive Spending Review, does anhyone know if its legislation yet ?
There are going to be probably more than half a million effected by it, quite a percentage of the total caseload.
It just seems to be a side issue media wise, lots of talk about the Universal Credit as a concept and talk about housing benefit, but that m,aybe half a million will totally lose benefit, doesn't get a mention
So, does anyone have any answers ??

and yes loads of people will lose their ESA completely once their year on contributory ESA is up.

It will be many more affected as new people become sick and dont get better they too will be stuffed

Hopefully the issue will raise its head
soon, because at the moment it seems the forgotten and by far the biggest change of the reforms
