Hi Layla, for an example, I was awarded 6 points at the medical; I would score myself as an 18 on good days, 24 on bad. I was awarded 18 at tribunal.
The information and support on this website gave me the knowledge and strength to go to tribunal

Hi Layla
I am very surprised that you think you have wasted your money on this site, I have just renewed my membership to this site and it cost £9.45 for a year if I have used my calculator correctly that is less than 19 pence per week! I don't even know if you can buy a lollipop for that amount nowadays.
A large number of people do not pass their medical but that does not mean that the test you took is wrong rather that the government will do everything they can to avoid paying benefit and it is a desperate time for us all.
I would urge you to appeal using the information on this site if you think you should have passed your medical after all you have nothing to lose there is lots and lots of help on this site perhaps you haven't realised just how much.
Good Luck

Hi Layla,
I scored 0 points at the Atos medical, only with the help of this site I ended up being placed in the support group and indefinate Dla. I understand your frustration with Atos but I also feel my subscription to this site was worth every penny, not only the guides but the advice and support that everybody on here gives to each other.
Take your time reading the guides because they really do help.
Hope it all works out well for you in the end.
Kind regards
Sue

Hi Layla
The subscription to this site has been the best value for money I have come across. Until I was sacked from work due to ill health, I had been paying trade union subscriptions of £22.30 per month £312.20 pa. Value of TU membership to me over 20+ years = £400 approx; value of B & W membership over 14 months = £5000 approx. For me the membership subscription for B & W has been worth every penny many times over. My union was of no help whatsoever when I most needed its assistance.
I came across B & W by chance early last year between receiving the ESA50 & the return date. Having checked out the visitors guides I decided to give membership a go. Best decision I could have made. Without the help of this site I would never have thought to include the information I did as to how my CFS/ME impacted on my daily life & would not have scored more than enough points to qualify for the WRAG first time. Without my ESA I would have lost my home as my husband's pension, although not large & my daughter's B & B contribution is just over the limit for qualifying for(IR) ESA.
Please Layla, persevere with your B & W membership, not only will its guides help with your tribunal appeal, the advice, tips & support from members posting in the forums is to my mind worth the subscription fee itself.
Good luck with your appeal.
