DLA Question

Have just downloaded a Dla Form and printed it and on the form it has February 2011. Does this mean it is a new form or I can follow the advice on filling it out which is from 2008. Sorry this is maybe a stupid question but I new to the forum and this is my first post as a member.

I posted about this last week and people looked to see what they could spot and apart from more info on mobility, there was also the added details of the change to mobility coming in from april if your blind and also if you fill in the form and ask it in the help box where to send it, when you put in your post code not all brand new claims will now go to blackpool/norcross
