How much more time?????

I went to my incapacity appeal yesterday.I had waited 10 months and was very apprehensive.I was told by the leader of the tribunal that due to their heavy work load I wouls be notified of their decision by post,and the letter would arrive today.Naturally enough it did't arrive and I have another 24 hours to wait.I don't really know what else to say now, except my anxiety levels are at a record high.
