Hi

Can anyone please help im a bit confused. I have been receiving HRM and MRC DLA for the last 17 months I have had no change in my circumstance but after feeling in my renewal form have been told I will not be receiving any award. I wish to appeal can I use the appeal guidelines on here even if I did not use the guidelines for filling out the renewal form.

Would appreciate any help as I only have 4 weeks to appeal.

You can use our guidelines for appealing without having used our guidelines for applying.

However, I'd recommend that you also read our guidelines for applying to get a good idea of what's relevant to the application in general, to see what you might have failed to mention.
