Furious - is it all a scam?

Dear Depressed Derek and Survivor

What can I say, apart from you have given me hope. Yesterday I was so upset I just wanted it all to go away and was prepared just to accept it but having read your messages this morning "game on".

Am waiting for a return call from Basildon to ask for a written explanation and breakdown and a return call from the jobcentre (I told them there was no way I could attend in person for interviews) to let me know whether someone will visit or it may be done by telephone.
