tribunal hearing

I can't believe it just had a phone call from the tribunal service saying that the judge had looked at my case and decided in my favour so i don't have to go to the tribunal that was supposed to be this afternoon, i'm in shock and don't quite believe it i'll believe it when i get the papers from the tribunal service, i might even phone the tribunal service just to make sure

glad you got the rightful decission Chew, seems keeping the tribuneral informed did the trick. i for one, am glad the tribuneral service are seen as independant of the dwp and atos, for if the new ESA regs are anything to go by, i think the TS will have more work on its hands in the next four years.
