Tribunal judges' being influenced

I'm part of the recently formed Mental Health Resistance Network. We're trying to get copies of exactly what tribunal judges are receiving by way of evidence that work is good for people who are unwell as we understand that this either already happening or about to happen. Presumably they are being given some studies on this, but which studies? A recent study that came out of Australia found that whether work was good for people was entirely dependent on the type of work and work conditions. Also, I don't know of any studies on how work affects people with active mental health problems. Some people develop mental health difficulties after being bullied at work. Does anyone know how I can obtain exactly what the tribunal judges are being given to consider?

advise is likly to come from research thats been done by universities .. and has been published and checked by peers

the easy way to get hold of published research is by using a University libary search engine if its been used by the DWP or as some is paid for or supported by them it will say

One would hope so, but often UK Govenments Cherry pick what they use to make decsions so they can make the one they want and its been like that for years ... Look at the recent case for WMD in Iraq Rafid Ahmed Alwan al-Janabi made up the stories that UK and US used to go to War, so picking research that says people with one leg blind and 6 months to live are better off at work wrote by a chap who does not even know what an asprin is ... is the type of thing to expect from libcon

Don't personally think the dept. health has our best interests at heart!

As far as I was aware, this was just a recommendation in the Harrington report.

Has there been any reports of this recommendation actually being carried out?
