After being a guest for sometime I have decided to join mainly because of the wealth of info just wish now I join before making my first claim.
Anyway I am in receipt of MRC which was increased on a reconsideration from LRC.
Been getting this now for 18 mths but no award was given for mobility which is my main concern as I should of been awarded it due to the SAH Stroke I had plus angina.
So the question with the help I now have with the excellent tools on this site can I reapply or is there a time limit?
Regards

Thanks for the link it is one that I used for my current claim but in hindsight I really should of joined this site a lot earlier as the info is amazing still that is now water under the bridge so to say.
I will get the forms again tomorrow and work on it one page at a time cross referencing to this site and the link you kindly posted above.
I t is ironic that only just the day Mr Cameron was saying that too many people claim benefits that they are not entitled too
I have been entitled to DLA since July 1991 but never claimed as I took that decision because my employer at the time kept my job open for me and on full pay and as I was earning well felt I did not need it and that there was many that did need it.
Now that I am medically retired I and in need of the benefit I made my first claim in June 2009 but am having a fight in getting what I am entitled too.
Teach me to be so honest and should of claimed back then and just banked the money for a rainy day lol
