Worst time for amedical....

How can you fail the DLA medical if you can do everything the dr asks?????

I had my medical re my appeal for DLA today and I have been fine this past few days, no pain no big problems nothing. I could walk okish and do pretty much whatever the dr asked. 905 of the itme now I am in pain and have terrible trouble tryign to walk but today I am fine....I have nto had any relief from my illness for months now except for the last couple of days...wish eh hac come last week.

Is that it? If you can do everything on the day has anyone still won appeal???

Obviously I told dr it was a good day but I cannot help now but think that is it, a 30 minute medical decides everything.....

Any experiences from anyone????

For DLA, you don't have to have the care and/or mobility needs every day, just most of the time, so if your application is turned down on the basis of how you performed on the day of your assessment, it would be open to you to submit evidence of how you are the rest of the time.
