DLA

HI,i have had my mobility taken off me and all my personal care,i asked back in september2010 for my personal care to be looked at again as i only had the low rate,i was diagnosed with (copd) and i have a degenerative crumbling spine,i have had mobility for 2 years and buying a car on the scheme,a very rude doctor came to see me asked me no questions only if i had a driving license and he noticed a photo of me on the wall taken over 6 years ago when i went to Greece to meet my family,i received a letter last week telling me i cannot have anything and mobility are coming to take my car back,i started writing a letter to try and get the decision overturned within the 4 weeks,so ty for sharing on this site not sure which thread i need to look at but i only have until monday to get a letter formulated and sent back,it has really bothered and upset me especially as the doctor was so rude and did not ask me to do anything ,hopefully i can get some help from here xxxxxxxx
