Thanks again for quick reply. My partner does work 37 hours per week, eraning £19500 Im on dla high rate and lower rate care. As for the diability element it says on form i have a disability. we also have a child who is 2 half.

Sorry but tax credit form/system is very complex foe me to understand. I will be getting a cpn in very near fure to help me cope.

If it says you have a disability then somewhere in the entitlement section where they add up what your allowed it will show the allowance amount I spoke of

here is a good one for you i you lost dla but still had the cpn to see you that would mean you keep your disability allowance from tax credits
