I havent got a medical to worry about (I hope!) for about another year but like most other claimants who dont believe they will be ready for work the IB migration to ESA is already preying on my mind a lot. Do the IB '60 questions you may be asked' still apply for the ESA medical? My problems are in two areas (Mental/Sensory) and in the lead up to my two previous IB medicals it was having an idea for the type of 'trip-you-up' questions and being prepared to give the right kind of answer to them that was more important to me on the day than worrying about the rigid IB descriptors relevent to my conditions -which I had already addressed in the IB50 forms I filled in.
The questions in the IB guides still apply. Although the tests for incapacity keep changing, the areas of a claimant's life where they look for evidence to support their findings haven't changed significantly.
