The PCA is the Incapacity Benefit medical test, I assume there is an equivalent for SDA of some form.

It is not clear how the DWP intend to move SDA claimants across to ESA. If you have not paid sufficient NI contributionsthen they may choose to move you to Income Related ESA which is means tested.

What I would say is that, until you are actually moved, it is impossible to say definitively what the situation will be.
