13wks on ESA, should I have been grouped by now?

have now been on ESA for 13 weeks.

Have filled in an ESA 50 but heard nothing more since sending this back.

Is this normal or should I call them and ask what is going on?

The system is massively overloaded, so people aren't all getting their medicals promptly. However, letters go astray and you don't want to risk losing your benefit, so I think it's a good idea on your part to get in touch.

just managed to get them on the phone and they are still checking my ESA50.
