how long before a tribunal date

I was only given 6 points at my ATOS medical which was a total farce as I was not asked any questions regarding my disabilities and everything I did say was disregarded. I even took my MRI scan with me which shows 3 slipped discs and she never even looked at it. I wrote a long letter with the appeal and sent it off on 15 November and apart from an acknowledgment have not heard anything else. Have tried ringing but can never get through. My employer wants a meeting because I am assuming they want to know if I am ever going back to work as I have been off for 15 months. I am claiming ESA by the way. Any advice appreciated

They can take months and months ... they would not ask you about your problem because the spin these days is on what you can do.... even sick notes are called "FIT" notes
