hi i would like to know what is the meaning of DO I NEED SIGNER i am in the first process of an appeal on behalf on my daughter and was looking at your appeals site were i came across it.many thanks .

Without knowing the context, I can only hazard a guess at what it means, but it probably refers to a British Sign Language interpreter who signs what has been said and says what has been signed, i.e. a translater for Deaf people who sign rather than lipreading and speaking.
