New claim for ESA

Hi, sorry, I'm in a state of shock and can't face scrolling through old posts etc.

Please could you tell me when I can put a new claim in for ESA if my first one was denied in July 2010?

Or if I have new medical problems?

Hi Fedup,

You can put in a new claim at any time. However, if there has been no change in your condition you will not be eligible for payments in the assessment phase unless six months have passed since the decision that you were capable of work.
