i have spoke to dla to ask for a further explaination they are sending me coppies of all information they used and i have asked for the decision to be looked at again by another dm, they say that there must have been conflict between what i said and the gp report ( not the case i seen what my gp put and it confirmed and supported exactly what i said) i will root through my medical file and bombard them with every thing relevent, after this if i have no luck i will appeal to the tribunal, thank you surviver i will be using the guide here.
many thanks all
going to take breath and sort my head out then start again

its dead easy to get a conflict between what you say and what gp puts when then both are open to interpretation by DM
even if you both mean the same thing IMO

thats why i have asked for another dm to look at it,
i belive that another person may have a diferent interpritation of the evidance.
i need all involved to be singing from the same hymn sheet .

my gp posted his very supportive report they would have recived it on tuesday and made the decision on tuesday by the date on the letter, it was a ver well detailed and supported claim they based there decision on my claim form and my gp report so how the heck can they award nothing.
Been there and got the T-Shirt.
My supporting letter from my GP, Consultant and OT was ( in the words of a WRO ) the best he'd ever seen.
The DWP DM claimed they read the letters, but the timescale and admission by the DWP of losing paperwork says different.
Even when I got to appeal, the judge throught the evidence was so good it had to be fake. So after the panel requested further copies direct from the same medical staff, they still gave me a big fat zero.
I recently showed my paperwork to a few other WRO's and they cannot believe the outcome.
However, I did get my MP involved and from that moment on my case was like a hot spud and its universally agreed that I was a naughty person for grassing up the DWP to my MP and paid the price.
