Another problem for pre 95 IB claims on changeing

Just thought of another problem with the pre 95 IB people if your IB is paid tax free then the tax man does not count it as income when working out tax credits .... so if they count it as income it will not only have to be counted as taxable income it will put your income up and your right to tax credits down I have just checked the tax credits manual and this is correct :(
