If you refer to the Incapacity Benefit resources section, there are guides under the heading 'Incapacity for Work Claims' which you may find useful in advance of your forthcoming IB medical assessment.
Scroll down to the appropriate guide(s) which can be found HERE.

Hi Karen
You can find all the information you need in the Incapacity Benefit claims and medicals guide.
You need to score 10 points for mental health, OR 15 points for physical health.
Failing that, you add the points together (15 being required). However a MH score of less than 6 points is disregarded and a MH score of between 6 and 9 inclusive is treated as 9 points when added to PH score.
Good luck on Friday
