Hi I have a pathways to work interview soon. Now i am sure i have read somewhere, maybe on here that once you reach the age of 60 you know longer have to attend the work related interviews. If this is correct can someone tell me where i can download the paperwork on this. Thanks for your help on this.
Don't you want to go ? I ask because I am trying to work out feelings on age and how DWP treat people because with changes to retirment ages they cant keep saying that at 60 no longer this or that has to happen..... yet at the same time retirment age is going up and up I am sure we will soon see age 70 retirment

You are not required to attend a WFI if you are of pensionable age.
If you were born before 6 April 1955, you are treated as attaining pensionable age when a woman born on the same day as you would attain pensionable age.
Hope this helps
