filling in DLA form

I am in the process of filling in my DLA form. They have sent me the DLA580 form with 8 pages in it. They are not large enough for my helper to write in all the information. So I got them also to print off the DLA1A form and have slotted them both into the polypocket to send away.
Is this OK? It looks like a hell of a lot of info but there was so much to write out and it took my helper days and days.

I would have just filled the big one ine, easy way to do it is, downlod form below and save to desk top each time you have added something also save a spare copy to usb stick in case the file gets damaged as back up
also in the areas where you have to write lots, do that in word processor check spelling then copy and paste to box

Again, I would suggest attaching them firmly to the original form. Different people do this in different ways but it doesn't matter so long as it is secure.

Well I never knew that you could do the form online. I printed it off from my helper to write. I have punched two holes in all the forms and tied them all together with string.

Hiya,

save the form to your desktop and you can type in the form save it, and go back later and do a bit more, then save it again. just save an extra copy to a usb stick for safety
