Congratulations on winning your IB appeal. Does that mean you have automatic conversion to support group for ESA or do you have to go through it all again?

Our current understanding of the process is that the only group that may be tranferred to the Support Group are those IB claimants who are exempt from the PCA, however, this has not been confirmed.

We are expecting the vast majority of IB claimants to have to complete an ESA50 and attend a WCA medical.

To qualify for the ESA Support Group you need to meet one or more of the criteria, a full list of these can be found on page 25 of the Understamding ESA document in the Members area.

Thats not what it says
Arguments were put forward to move the Personal Capability Assessment exempt groups (about 30% of IB/IS claimants) onto the ESA Support Group but these were rejected. The Treasury are still mulling over what to do about pre-1995 tax exempt claimants (of IB and SDA).
the only thing they are thinking about is pre 95 tax exempt ... are they going to make them pay tax

My understanding is that neither new nor migrated claimants will automatically be moved into the support group. You have to pass the limited capacity for work-related activities assessment to get in.
