I phoned up Hanley (stoke on trent) and requested my ESA medical report. At the time I was told it may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.....next day dropped through the letterbox..so in all fairness, very good service in my case

I understand this, but when a condition affects every aspect of your body and daily life it should be taken into account. An example:
I have severe muscle wasting in my upper back and upper arms. This causes so many problems and alot of pain. I have a nightmare lifting, reaching unpacking and opening anything. So much so I need to have someone doing most of these things for me.
All this was on my ESA50 and repeated at my medical. But because I was not examined properly, my medical states that I would have no problem doing a job with any of these things in it.
If there is going to be a medical then everything should be taken into account. This is so a complete picture of what you can and cannot do can be obtained and not just half of the story.

I agree but they point out that medicals and even sick notes are geared to what you can do
