i would like to know how long can you be getting esa in (wrag) befor thay call you in for another medical.i am not on about filling any more forms in ,

It varies. Many claimants are summoned to attend a medical every six months, while others may get a couple of years or longer, depending on the ATOS prognosis.

i won my appeal for esa,in jan then was took up for medical in aug,failed it now having to wait on another appeal,its terrible and so stressful,hope you win.

Hi medical in march and just had second last thursday. Awaiting appeal still on the march decision to place me in wrag and this time dr says he is recommending support group...fingers crossed.

I am like so many others now, just have to take whatever is thrown my way but i am expecting a medical at least 1 a year and anything less is a bonus....

Can anyone tell me why after being placed in the work related activity group I have to fill in another ESA50?

Are the medicals at ATOS annual i.e. have a medical every 12 months?
