Hi All,
although individual advice is not usually afforded is it possible for a hypothetical responce to these questions in relation to My last posting.

a) Is it best to withdraw appeal for support group?

b)Due to appealing for support group status is this delaying the next round of WFI'S.

Best Wishes

Bill

With all due respect Bill, without knowing a great deal more about the individual's circumstances, disability, etc and looking at all the paperwork and claim, it is almost impossible to advise whether to withdraw or to go ahead an appeal. There are risks to appealing and without knowing all the circumstances in a particular case it is hard to know how much evidence there is to mitigate that risk. Although hypthetical you are really asking an impossible question that cannot be answered blindly.

As for your second point, I am aware of cases with appeals awaiting for the SG, where a new round of WFI's is in progress. The backlog of appeals, which will no doubt only increase when migration occurs bears no reflection on renewal or WFI's etc.

Cheers Pete,
I will just wait for the WFI
envelope to drop through the post box, and seek professional guidance in the New Year.
Have a good one mate.
