Thanks for that. I do not have an appeal number at the moment as all I have is a letter saying that they will look at everything to see if a decision can be made before it goes to appeal and if it cannot the documents will be passed on. I have already let the MP's office know that they need to include my name and NI number at the top of each page they send.
I think I may ask them to do a covering letter just to say it is additional information that needs to be included in my appeal. Will that be good enough? I will also make sure I have a copy when/if an appeal is to be heard and take that with me too.
