Dla renewal

I received a new form to fill in for my Dla as my present claim ends in 2011. In the letter they sent me with the form it does not give me a return by date? is this correct . It just says "we will not write to you again about claim if you do not return the form" . When I have renewed in the past they have put a date in the letter? also the form is one of the long ones -says letter ref DLAADULTNEW?

Is this correct.

I would phone the Department that sent you the letter and ask when the deadline for sending in the form is.

Also, make a note of the name of the person you speak to, in case there is any dispute later.
