Although tribunals issue the Decision Notice to both, the appellant and the DWP at the same time, it seems to take the DWP several weeks longer to receive it, than the appellant!

I would suggest that you give them a ring to find out when you will receive your backpayment, and if they claim that they have not been notified of the tribunal's decision, you can send them a copy of the Decision Notice yourself. That may speed up the process.

Great news, hope this happens to me, the med at Atos who did my assessement must have fancied me, he didnt listen to a thing I was saying!

I'd like to think that was the case with the ATOS nurse who didn't listen to anything I said, that failed me last year.

Sadly, she didn't ask me for a date after the medical.

Ha! But I saw my med examiner a year later, and he looked considerably older and had lost a front tooth! Better left alone...........
