ESA

Hi After winning my appeal in July I now have to fill in a ESA 50 form.
I will get some help with filling it in this time. My main problem is emphysema which leaves me breathless doing even simple tasks. So if they send me for a medical again i shall use my CAB rep and this site fight my case.
I did read a while back in July they were not going call people in for second medical.
Things change all the time and we have to ajust.

thanks so much for your reply,i,m going ahead now and my lawyer has got me to see a wee irish man whose done this work for 20 odd years,last time we spoke he thought he could get the d,maker to change it but don,t think there have been much luck as have,nt heard,good thing is that it is nearly 3mth i have waaited,i would have had 3 cold weather payments of 25£ which i really need,but i,ll wait,in jan at my appeal i went in with 0points and recieved 27 and placed in wrg,it is so stressful though,i havent cryed as much for months and can only do so much on the 65£ they give me,but hey thanks again for your reply,xxxhappy xmas and all the best for 2011.
