seeing my solicitor was created by incap99
i now have nade a appointment to see my solicitor in regards to my recent treatment from dwp / atos.

i will be seeing what he says about them tricking me into having a interview, and as him to investigate whether or not dwp have ended my exemption unlawfully

Good luck with that but you'll probably find that very few solicitors have little if any real experience or knowledge of benefits law. It is a tricky area and really is a minefield for them. No harm in trying though.

ah thats just it, this is not a claim to benifit,


this is about a complaint about tricking someone - deception maybe?

and ending someones exemtion, the regualtions aint big or complicated

i will be showing that they ended my exemption (causing sever distress) i can now also show him that i am now exepempt (dwp confirmed this)

so he can use his legal language etc, and also we already has abarister on here whos opinion is that it may be inlawfull to end the exemptions in people like my cases.


pretty simple stuff id of thought now alot of the investigation side has been done

i will be getting him to go after them fpr damages.

Well done and best of luck, when i feel well enough to go to town,i will be doing something similar.
I hope to go for conpiracy to de-fraud or a judicial review if i can get public funding.
Christmas always sems to come at a awkward time, being disabled is no fun trying to travel at christmas on public transport.
