Commissioner Decisions IB > ESA?

I was just wondering if the rulings made by Commissioners relating to IB awards are still applicable to the new ESA test with regard to the application of descriptors.

Is it just the way the test is done that has changed?

Hi H2O

As long as a Commissioner/UT decision is relevant, it should still be applicable.

Some PCA/WCA descriptors are similar, and decisions regarding things like reasonable regularity, burden of proof, meaning of 'cannot' and 'frequently', etc. should still be valid.
