IB - appealing and now on reduced IS - Help needed

Thanks for all the help. Things have gone down hill since the last post, the pshyciatrist has doubled my medication, I am in debt to friends and family , cannot get a social worker as I am not homeless and when bills are paid, i have £9 a week for food. My doctor is unable to do anything and there is nothing else available. have been told it could be 6 months to a year for my case to be heard. My family and friends are very good but I can't go on like this.
Friend tried to get an appointment at CA but there is a 6 months waiting list, awaiting to go back into Phsyciatric hospital for a 2 week session - this costs the goverment some £3000 per week - what is best, reassess me or pay this...I just don't know anymore, just know despair.
